VPN Requirements
The Telescience Support Center requires certain criteria in order to view specific services. Below are the following minimum requirements regarding hardware and browser specifications.
VPN:
Agency provided VPN (Cisco AnyConnect) client application for the Windows environment, is required to access TSC resources if the workstation is not in the JSC network.

Workstation Requirements:
- OS: Windows 10, Windows 7
- Browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge
- Cisco AnyConnect VPN (Agency povided, requires JAVA)
- Adobe Flash Player (ActiveX for Microsoft or NPAPI for Firefox)
- Java SE
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7 or higher
