Johnson Space Center Telescience Support Center
The Johnson Space Center (JSC) Telescience Support Center (TSC) is a support facility that provides accommodations for JSC resident/supported Payload Developers to perform and monitor their science experiments and distribute payload information to their remote science community. The JSC TSC provides assigned payload services to the International Space Station (ISS) and other programs as required.
The JSC TSC provides display and control capabilities using uniquely configured computer hardware and software to support payload experiments. The facility receives voice, video and data from external interfaces and provides these features to the JSC TSC users. Using state-of-the-art technology and Intranet concepts JSC TSC processes and distributes engineering and science data to the associated user communities.
The JSC TSC also provides payload users access to various data and information management services, and shall be made available to remote users as required to support their payload and/or experiment operations.
Note: The TSC intranet is prohibited from unauthorized access by Public Law 990 474 (The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986) and can result in administrative, disciplinary or criminal proceedings.
