Certificate of Compliance (CoC)
The CoC is a statement from the PI that the software fulfills the requirements for the experiment.
A CoC is needed for all file deliveries. For iPads, the element cover letter is only needed for the .ipa file. Other files types just need the CoC with developer and PI signature.
