TSC Application Request Methods There are three methods to apply for a TSC Access Request. 1) Using the Online Access Request Form : This is the most recommended and fastest way to send a request. Your request will be e-mailed to the Data Systems Administrator. 2) Using the Fax :Download the application in MS Word format, fill it out and then fax the application to 281-483-4951. 3) Using the US Postal Service : Download the application in MS Word format, fill it out and mail it to the TSC Access Request, Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, 2101 NASA Road 1 (Bldg. 36, Mail code S362), Houston, TX 77058-3696.
Password Policy According to the JSC/IT policy, passwords will expire every 90 days and must be according to the NASA standard which states that the password MUST conform to the following rules : 1. Minimum of 8 characters in length 2. Not the same as your previous 24 passwords 3. Must contain at least three of the following : a) uppercase character b) lowercase character c) numeric character (0-9) d) special character.,;:~`@#$%^&-_=+)
Recommended Browsers 1. Microsoft Internet Explorer : The recommended version for Microsoft Internet Explorer is 4.01 SP1. 2. Netscape Users: The recommended version of Netscape is 4.6.
